Shiatsu, often called "finger pressure", is a Japanese acupressure technique. It's not only the pressure of the fingers, but the thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet are all used to massage the key meridians (energy channels) in your body. Your limbs are gently rotated and stretched, releasing muscular tension and stimulating your immune system. It feels great. And best of all, Japanese modesty requires you keep you clothes on.
It awakens your body, leaving you feeling alive and energised. You'll feel like you've had a whole night's rest.
